THE JOB / Experiential Manager, Motorsports (Cybersecurity Client)

EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing events and experiential marketing programs with a focus on hosting and hospitality, particularly around motorsports.

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working person to join our skilled and dynamic motorsports team to deliver an exciting activation schedule in IMSA and SRO! This fantastic opportunity will sit within our motorsports department and will support in bringing this partnership to life through planning and development, event executions, marketing and digital promotion/activation and program-related asset tracking. This individual will be working with a service-oriented team who are committed to providing a seamless, white-glove hospitality experience for our clients and their guests. With the team located across the country, you will have broad exposure to the motorsports industry with tremendous potential to learn and gain hands-on experience.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Partnership development, supervision and implementation of operational and tactical sponsorship activations including but not limited to:
    • Event delivery across multiple IMSA, SRO, and ad-hoc events across the season
    • Execution, delivery, and tracking of physical and digital partnership assets
    • Key partner relationship and third-party vendor management
  • Build strong relationships with clients and various internal client marketing teams and stakeholders
  • Lead communications and logistics to include, but not limited to, guest registration, lodging, transportation, food and beverage, production services, and executive attendance
  • Onsite event execution and third-party vendor lead
  • Management of one direct report, providing day-to-day support and oversight, guidance and career development opportunities
  • Project management for the team’s day-to-day activities and quality control for all client-facing materials
  • Budget management and financial reporting for areas of responsibility
  • Prepare presentations & documents including status meeting agendas and notes, program overviews, execution guides, recap summaries, finances and additional opportunities
  • Develop a working knowledge and understanding of the client’s business initiatives and marketing trends
  • Weekend/holiday work as needed

  • 3-5 years’ experience in related events field; past hospitality and/or event management experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite; particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Proficient in Google Suite; particularly Slides, Sheets, and Docs
  • A jetsetter: bags are packed and excited at the idea of travel.
  • Can work weekends/holidays as needed
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%).

This position pays $60,000 - $65,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
