We’re seeking an Experiential Graphic Designer who can think big, design boldly, and execute with craft. You’ll work with global clients to shape brand experiences in the built environment—from immersive graphics to identity systems that transform spaces into stories.

What You Will Do
The position is best suited to a designer who is adept at developing creative up-front design concepts, environmental graphics, and experiential identity for physical spaces. You should be able to think creatively and execute on the technical understanding to final production.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are well spoken, and have the ability to work well with integrated teams of architects and interior designers.
You can communicate ideas clearly in client presentations and to the team
You can draw at scale and are comfortable working with architectural documentation, elevations, plans, and shop drawings
You are plugged into emerging technologies/industry/design trends and have a desire to share with the team
You have a strong work ethic, are flexible, positive, and work well in a fast-paced collaborative team setting
You have a portfolio that shows a variety of approaches and specific examples of fully realized and produced projects, and demonstrates your ability to apply a client’s brand and design aesthetic across multiple mediums
Your work shows interest in expanding your skillset across design platforms such as the built environment, signage and wayfinding, experiential design, brand design, and digital design
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or similar
At least 7 years of post-graduate and directly relevant work experience in environmental graphics required
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CADTools, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Revit, Sketch Up, 3D, Motion Graphics, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere skills are a huge advantage
Working knowledge of print and production, vendor management
Strong sense of materials and fabrication/construction within a built environment
Typography and illustration skills a huge plus
