- Collaborate with cross-functional peers regarding customer specific strategy, and customer relationship management.
- Support business recovery through strategic cross-functional activities.
- Enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs.
- Maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers.
- Accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes.
- Responsible for consistent management and administration of contractual obligations.
- Supports the program by coordinating program metrics.
- Conduct recurring program level Team/Sub-IPT reporting roll-ups; develop and present program status decks to key stakeholders.
- Oversee proposals, renewals, and quote management activity.
- Integrates the implementation of Program Management Best Practices.
- Facilitates the resolution of program issues, developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation.
- Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
- Maintain Pipeline Health.
- Possess working knowledge of customer systemic issues and system functionality.
- Train new employees.
- Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services.
- Work with Planning to ensure customer forecasts are loaded/updated.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 4 - 6 years or more of related work experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Program Management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in the Aerospace industry, supply chain or similar logistics/distribution industry.
- 2 or more years of experience in data analytics
- Advanced Excel Skills

- Experience in data modelling and analysis
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
