Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Product Repair Mod Tech (Structures/Composites) to join our CMC team in Victorville, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts
  • Requires broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair, must have composite repair experience
  • Receives limited technical guidance from supervisor or higher-level technician
  • Enter relevant data in aircraft logs and records.

This position requires the ability to pass an assessment at the end of training cycle
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in an aircraft composite repair role
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft mechanical repair procedures and replacement of parts
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft structural modifications and repair
  • 3+ years of experience with aircraft tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, micro bonder, vacuum gauges, heat blankets
  • 3+ years of experience with aerospace technical publications
  • Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 787 composite experience
  • A Certification

Summary Pay Range: $73,100 - $98,900
