Qualifications

EXPERIENCED LINE COOK

Must have experience working in a restaurant kitchen, cooking and preparing Gourmet Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches, and a variety of fries. Pride in work product is required! The ability to do the right thing when no one is watching is a must. If you meet these criteria, are willing to perform all duties, and are looking for a fun, respectful atmosphere, flexible hours, and advancement opportunities, please submit an application.

In addition to cooking and preparing food, duties include but are not limited to preparing, serving, cooking, and storing food safely and hygienically,  safe handling of culinary knives and kitchen equipment, cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and working areas, occasionally lifting and maneuvering up to 20-25lb boxes of food ingredients and putting away and storing the same when required.
