In this role, you will leverage your automotive sales expertise to connect customers with the perfect GMC vehicle that fits their needs and lifestyle. You will play a key role in driving sales success while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
Responsibilities- Engage and build lasting relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate GMC vehicles, features, and benefits effectively to potential buyers.
- Assist customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current GMC vehicle inventory, pricing, incentives, and financing options.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Proven experience as a sales consultant or similar role in automotive sales, preferably with GMC vehicles.
