What You’ll Do- Develop and manage long-term client relationships
- Deliver holistic financial planning across investments, protection, retirement, estate, and business-planning needs
- Grow and deepen your existing client relationships and assets under management
- Collaborate with investment, advanced-planning, insurance, and practice-management specialists
- Build your individual brand, team, or larger enterprise
- Identify opportunities for referrals, strategic partnerships, and practice acquisitions
- Maintain high standards of client service, compliance, and professional integrity
- Supported independence and flexibility in how you build your practice
- A broad, open-architecture investment platform
- Access to a Chief Investment Officer and advanced-planning resources
- Dedicated transition support for licensing, onboarding, technology, and client segmentation
- Marketing and practice-growth assistance
- Resources for business-owner, executive-benefit, estate, and legacy-planning opportunities

- An established financial advisor, wealth advisor, or financial-planning professional
- Active securities licenses, including Series 7 and Series 66 or equivalent
- Life and health insurance license preferred
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering financial solutions
- A desire to grow, improve the client experience, and build a more scalable practice
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong professional judgment
- A commitment to holistic, client-centered planning
- Existing clients, assets under management, or a demonstrated record of business development preferred
- Retain greater ownership of your practice and client relationships
