Eve is on a mission to revolutionize the legal tech industry by providing innovative AI-driven solutions that empower plaintiff attorneys to succeed. Our values of Excellence, Visionary Innovation, and Elevation guide everything we do—from how we work as a team to how we serve our clients and their clients.

Why Join Eve:

As Eve’s Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand and culture to life—both externally through exceptional event logistics and internally through thoughtful employee experiences. As part of the Events + Experience branch of the Marketing team, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes, with every detail reflecting Eve’s high standards of quality and creativity.

From managing vendors and swag to organizing travel, company offsites, and employee appreciation initiatives, this role blends precision, organization, and heart. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves being the go-to person who makes things happen, and finds joy in creating experiences that delight both customers and colleagues.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Coordinate event logistics including vendor coordination, team travel, catering, shipping, and inventory for marketing events and conferences.
  • Manage inventory of booth graphics, demo gear, swag, and printed materials, coordinating refurbishments or reorders as needed.
  • Assist with travel coordination, budget tracking, and expense management for the Events + Experience team.
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to ensure branded assets, signage, and materials are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
  • Support planning and execution of companywide offsites, All Hands meetings, and internal team-building events.
  • Coordinate employee recognition, gifting, and appreciation programs that foster connection and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with People Ops, Design, and Leadership to deliver thoughtful, on-brand experiences that reinforce Eve’s culture.
  • Manage event timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure internal programs are executed seamlessly and within budget.
  • Serve as a visible culture champion—keeping a pulse on what energizes employees and continuously evolving programming to match.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in event coordination (B2B or SaaS preferred).
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several events simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset—you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy supporting shared goals.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for industry or hosted events.

You will Thrive in This Role if You Have:

  • A passion for curating experiences that make people feel valued and connected.
  • The ability to anticipate needs before they arise and keep projects moving without dropping details.
  • Experience supporting both external marketing activations and internal culture-building programs.
  • A love for operational excellence and creative problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary & Equity
  • 401(k) Program & Company Match
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Autonomous Work Environment

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
