About the Role:
As a Expansion Sales Program & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, managing key initiatives, and improving team productivity. You will work with the Expansion Sales leadership team to understand the needs of the business and develop appropriate operational changes to enable the team to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Support & Vision: Provide high-level support to the Heads of Sales and their leadership team with day-to-day operations, strategic planning and new initiatives.
- Program Management: Own and manage a focused set of high-priority initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Growth, Marketing, Revenue Operations, FBOS or other GTM partners.
- Communication & Content Creation: Craft clear and compelling communication materials for the team, including presentations, meeting agendas, and status updates. You will also be instrumental in driving clarity and alignment across the organization by establishing effective rituals and artifacts that facilitate informed decision-making and efficient execution.
- Process Optimization & Analytics: Identify opportunities to enhance team processes, establish KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions that elevate performance.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of total experience in operating roles, preferably at high-growth startups
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, program management or similar
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging stakeholders and building productive relationships.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude in navigating challenges.
- Ability to seamlessly blend data-driven analysis with the intuition, creativity, and relationship-building needed to make the right recommendations at the right time
- A passion for strategic operations and sales enablement, with a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on our teams and customers.
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $145,955 - $171,500 in San Francisco and New York, and $120,425 - $141,500 in Denver and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
