Position OverviewThe Exhibitor Relations Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with cinema and theatre exhibitors to ensure successful deployment, strong collaboration, and optimal performance of Qube Wire/ Qube Cinema products.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for cinema and theatre exhibitors.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with theatre managers, programmers, booking teams, and venue leadership.
- Understand each exhibitor’s programming strategy, audience profile, and operational needs to maximize collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to exhibitors regarding Qube Wire technology and offerings.
- Ensure exhibitors feel supported, informed, and valued throughout all stages of engagement.
- Provide clear, timely updates on Qube Wire technology, improvement, upgrades and offerings.
- Gather exhibitor feedback on Qube Wire experience and provide insight for improvements and translate exhibitor insights into actionable feedback for internal teams and development.
- Identify opportunities to expand exhibitor participation across exhibitors and markets.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies for key exhibitor partners and cinema/theatre chains.
- Strengthen relationships with independent venues and major exhibition circuits alike.
- Support long-term partnership growth through consistent communication and trust-building.
- Represent the organization at industry events, festivals, and exhibitor meetings when required.
- Track and coordinate all outreach campaigns to create highly organized plan for annual deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with distribution, marketing, publicity, production, and operations teams to align exhibitor needs with internal planning.
- Ensure exhibitors receive accurate and up-to-date information regarding releases, campaigns, and programming changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve exhibitor concerns quickly and effectively.
- Support reporting on exhibitor engagement, booking performance, and relationship health.
- 3–5+ years of experience in film, theatre, cinema exhibition, distribution, or entertainment partnerships.
- Strong understanding of cinema and theatre exhibition ecosystems.
- Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or exhibitor-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & CRM systems or similar tools.
