EXECUTIVE TEAM OPERATIONS MANAGER - EL SEGUNDO, CA 
As Operations Manager, focused on executive and external relations, you will play a critical role in providing high-level executive support with coordination of investor relations, strategic events (including trade shows), and cross-functional project execution. You’ll act as a force multiplier for senior leadership—anticipating needs, ensuring alignment, and representing the company with polish and precision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and strategic partners.
  • Plan, manage, and execute logistics for investor meetings, board events, and industry trade shows.
  • Track, manage, and drive progress on leadership priorities and cross-functional projects.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and deliverables across departments, ensuring timely communication and execution.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and briefing documents for external engagements.
  • Assist with internal alignment by capturing meeting outcomes, creating action plans, and monitoring accountability.
  • Support leadership with special projects requiring discretion, coordination, and follow-through.
  • Help maintain brand presence and professionalism in all external-facing interactions.
  • Partner with the Finance team to develop, maintain, and track budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fiscal accountability.
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the Executive Team Members.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining professionalism and integrity.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years work experience in a program management, executive support, or operations role—ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability
  • AA or BA degree or equivalent
  • Business acumen
  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to work independently, and ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Prior experience in logistical coordination to support VIP visits and Event participation  
  • Preferred prior involvement in fundraising, pitch prep, or investor communication
