Job Description:
The Executive Talent Advisor serves as a strategic recruitment partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top executive and professional-level talent for UPS. This role plays a critical part in shaping UPS’s leadership pipeline and ensuring that key business units are supported with the right leaders to drive company performance, culture, and innovation.
The Executive Talent Advisor partners closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class recruitment experience that reflects UPS’s values, brand, and long-term talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by providing consultative guidance on talent strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and professional-level roles, including intake, sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive market mapping, networking, and relationship management to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and compensation teams to develop competitive and equitable offer packages.
- Manage candidate experience with a white-glove, confidential, and high-touch approach, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external search firms when appropriate.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executive or professional-level recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Highly organized, strong in prioritization/time management with demonstrated excellence with agile workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience as a change agent, comfortable with ambiguity, in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to work in a small team and collaborate effectively with others.
- Ability to communicate as a Talent Advisor to business leadership and hiring managers.
- Expertise in negotiation, advising, influencing, and full talent search management.
- Must have strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate business needs across time zones
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Knowledge and experience with social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other web-based recruitment tools – preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field -preferred

- This position allows candidates to reside anywhere in the domestic U.S without having to self-relocate.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,680.00/year to $104,936.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
