What you'll do
As a Senior Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the company’s leadership team by identifying, engaging, and hiring Director and Vice President level leaders across go to market and revenue related functions. Your primary focus will be proactive executive sourcing, leadership assessment, and strategic partnership with founders and senior executives. You will use your market insight, discretion, and executive search expertise to attract proven leaders who can scale teams, drive sustainable growth, and lead the organization through its next stage of evolution.
Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt, map, and engage senior leaders at the Director and Vice President level across Sales, Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing, and broader go to market leadership functions.
- Conduct deep market and organizational research to identify high impact leadership teams, competitor executives, and emerging leaders with a proven history of scaling teams, driving revenue, and leading through growth and change.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, executive networks, referrals, talent mapping, and targeted outbound outreach to build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive level candidates.
- Assess leadership capability through structured interviews focused on organizational design, people leadership, strategic decision making, change management, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, founders, and senior stakeholders to understand long term business strategy, organizational priorities, succession planning, and leadership profile requirements.
- Own the full lifecycle executive recruiting process from confidential outreach and executive assessment through offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding, delivering a high touch, white glove candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Four or more years of experience recruiting senior leaders, most commonly at the Director and Vice President level, within go to market, revenue, or customer facing organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully placing executive and senior leadership talent who have scaled teams, led managers, and driven meaningful business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, leadership competencies, and go to market strategy, with the ability to assess executives on strategy, execution, and people leadership.
- Ability to evaluate senior leaders using objective indicators such as team performance, revenue growth, organizational scale, hiring and development outcomes, and change leadership.
- Exceptional communication, discretion, and relationship building skills, with the ability to build trust with executive candidates, founders, board members, and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms, and comfort managing long cycle, high touch executive search processes in fast paced environments.
