Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, identifying, evaluating and engaging qualified candidates for Executive roles by utilizing tools and programs designed to proactively source and attract talent for the organization. Manages the full-cycle executive recruitment process in a fast paced, high volume environment. Prioritizes and multi-tasks workflow. Manages multiple candidates at varying stages of the recruitment process simultaneously, while providing an exceptional candidate experience. Negotiates offers of employment and establishes relationships with business partners to proactively engage in staffing plans, succession planning and strategic direction associated with executive hiring needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Seven (7) years of professional experience as a Recruiter.
3. A MINIMUM of two (2) years Recruiting for executive level positions (VP and C-level roles)
4. Must have recruitment experience in healthcare setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and/or SHRM-
CP and SHRM-SCP certification
2. LinkedIn Recruiter certificate
EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience working in an Executive Search Firm
2.. Experience with compiling, extending and negotiating complex and creative offers of employment to Executive level candidates
3. Experience strategically sourcing candidates and building candidate pipelines

1. Perform activities related to the recruitment of qualified executives for all areas of the West Virginia University Health System in accordance with the values, goals, and objectives and within Federal and State Regulatory guidelines.
2. Builds and maintains relationships with business partners and executive leadership.
3. Establishes executive candidate pools to support growth across WVUHS
4. Conducts thorough candidate screens and interviews utilizing behavioral interview process.
5. Provides metrics and compiles data to support ROI
6. Manages relationship with outside sources to support “best in class” partnerships for quality talent pools and resources. Negotiates to establish cost savings.
7. Manages candidate expectations and develops processes that drive candidate satisfaction.
8. Coordinates hiring process, scheduling, for new employees assuring completion of required procedures including physical/drug screen, criminal background check, references, etc.
9. Partners with WVUHS Leadership to develop, maintain, and implement searches.
10. Emphasizes an exceptional candidate experience throughout entire recruitment process
11. Consistently follows nondiscriminatory practices within recruitment process.
12. Utilized technologies that support the HR function.(ATS, HRIS, HR Products and Vendors)
13. Establish and maintain professional relationships with Talent Acquisition partners across WVUHS
14. Coordinate candidate interviews, maintain schedules, and candidate profiles
15. Provides input to benefit and compensation areas related to recruitment trends and market sensitivity of specific positions.
16. Compile and negotiate competitive offers following the organization’s compensation guidelines and philosophy – drives creative approach to candidate offers to maximize acceptances.
17. Possess high levels of resourcefulness, influence, organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation) and executive presence.Acts as a subject matter expert and develops a consultative approach with hiring managers.
18. Establish sourcing and hiring plans that coincide with budget and business hiring needs.
19. Actively participates in departmental and functional meetings and activities.
