Executive Product Demo Lead, Office of the CEO

Boomi is searching for an Executive Product Demo Lead to join the Office of the CEO. This individual will oversee the creation, management, and delivery of high-impact demo content and supporting assets for Boomi’s CEO and Executive Team. In this role, you’ll ensure that our executives are equipped with the materials they need to deliver engaging and effective demonstrations of Boomi’s solutions. 

This role involves scripting, recording, editing, and optimizing engaging product demo videos that highlight key features and use cases. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video production, excellent communication skills, and a passion for showcasing technology in an informative and visually appealing manner.

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality video demos for our executive team that effectively showcase our software’s features and capabilities
• Work hand-in-hand with fellow Office of the CEO team members to develop compelling scripts and storyboards to ensure clear and engaging messaging
• Record and edit video content using professional tools and techniques
• Customize demos based on audience needs, industry-specific use cases, and sales strategies
• Stay up to date with product updates and industry trends to enhance demonstration effectiveness
• Ensure all video content maintains a high standard of clarity, branding, and professionalism
• Optimize videos for different platforms, including websites, social media, and customer presentations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure demo content meets audience and/or customer needs and accurately highlights product capabilities and key use cases
• Consistently audit demo library for out of date materials and proactively remove or update out of date assets 
• Work closely with Solution Consulting Global Demo Operations Lead to: 
  • Define demo standards, align on consistency of format and visuals and create scaled and highly professional assets
  • Coordinate with global presales, product, and enablement teams to gather feedback and identify gaps in demo-related content
  • Work cross functionally to catalog demo assets in a centralized library of demo assets to ensure easy access, version control, and alignment with Boomi’s branding and messaging

The Experience You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or a similar role
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, or similar tools)
• Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities, with experience using tools like Figma or similar for  storyboarding and UI/UX alignment
• Ability to explain complex software features in an engaging and user-friendly manner
• Comfortable working with screen recording, voiceovers, and motion graphics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software

Bonus points of you have:

• Experience with CRM systems, marketing tools, or SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Boomi’s solutions, including iPaaS and AI orchestration platforms
• Strong technical acumen, with an understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration frameworks

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. 

Base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C. ranges from 118,000-160,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus.
Base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $100,000 - $135,000 annually + applicable bonus.

The ranges provided do not include local medical, dental, vision, disability and retirement contributions. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
