What You Will Own
- Office and workplace operations. Everything that makes the physical environment work - space management, catering, equipment, visitors, events. You own the experience of being at Product.ai.
- Administrative systems. Insurance, benefits administration, compliance, vendor contracts, expense management. The operational substrate that nobody thinks about when it works perfectly.
- Executive support. Calendar, travel, meeting logistics for the CEO and leadership. Not just scheduling - anticipating needs, preparing context, managing follow-through.
Who You Are
- How you think. You see the system behind the task. When something needs doing, you think about how to make it never need doing again. You're organized to the point of being predictive - you prepare for what's needed before it's asked.
- How you work. You handle complexity without drama. Multiple priorities, competing deadlines, last-minute changes - you navigate all of it with calm competence. You communicate clearly and proactively.
- What you've probably done. Managed office operations, executive support, or administrative systems at a company where you were trusted with real responsibility. We care about your judgment and reliability, not your company logos.

How We Evaluate
Compensation & Ownership
- Total first-year comp: $175,000 - $250,000 (base + equity + profit sharing).
- Base: $100,000 - $140,000.
- Equity: PIUs - $0 strike, Capital Gains, actual ownership.
- Profit sharing: Annual free cash flow participation.
- Liquidity: Annual tender offer.
- Benefits: 100% premium coverage. Unlimited PTO.
