Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Executive I, Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue by identifying opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial engagement to successful deal closure.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter who thrives on building pipelines, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. You will leverage your consultative sales skills to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and create long-term value for clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding client partnerships through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

  • Understand customer business objectives, goals, and operational requirements to identify opportunities for growth and partnership.

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies and business development plans to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate product capabilities, communicate service benefits, and present pricing options.

  • Prepare compelling proposals and business cases that address client needs and support successful deal closure.

  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through contract execution and implementation handoff.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and other business development activities.

  • Resolve issues that arise during the sales process to ensure a positive client experience and successful transaction outcomes.

  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, quota attainment, and client engagement metrics within CRM systems.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, competitive positioning, market trends, and industry developments.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue, booking, and sales performance targets.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively tailor messaging and presentation to diverse audiences, including business leaders and decision-makers.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales opportunities simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate client objections and challenges.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive client information.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and sales productivity tools.

Travel: This position requires regular travel to support client meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and business development activities. Travel is expected to average approximately 50% and will not be less than 25% based on business needs.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST

Physical Requirements: 
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Walk (occasionally), sit- up to 8hrs. a day, stand (occasionally), use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, able to lift-up to 15lbs.(occasionally).

Compensation for this role is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, training, and internal equity. Pay may also vary based on geographic location in accordance with our compensation practices.

Job Pay Range

$38,000-$48,000 Annually Plus Commission
