Overview
- The Executive Director of Sales Performance (EDOS) will work closely with the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team to set the sales strategy to ensure we achieve the revenue goals we have committed to our clients.
- The EDOS will manage up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales and will be responsible for a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels to ensure successful execution of their sales plans.
- This position is home-based.

Responsibilities
- Dynamic leadership experience with a proven track record developing high performing teams and selling in the Select Service segment.
- Proactively develop and lead a team of sales “hunters” by demonstrating proper sales strategies and techniques.
- Encourage, support and motivate Team through Bi-Weekly One on One’s and Team Meetings.
- Establish and build relationships with key brand partners and hotel owners and General Managers within your team’s portfolio.
- Drive accountability by driving sales performance and providing effective coaching to implement improvements and retain clients.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to the VP of Sales Performance and Executive Team.
- Create remarkable client experiences, manage client expectations, and maintain a high level of client and employee satisfaction.
- Develop key relationships and when necessary, travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Director of Sales experience in a regional role overseeing a Select Service portfolio.
- Success in leading a high performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales performance.
- Experience leading a team of 8+ salespeople in a remote environment.
- Proficiency using a CRM and analyzing data to evaluate sales performance.
- Expertise in hiring and onboarding sales associates.
- Persuasive communication and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a deep commitment to company culture and caring for its employees and clients.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Experience working in a remote home office environment. Ability to work from your home office at a computer for extended periods of time.
