Develop and articulate a compelling long-term product strategy aligned with Xumo FAST business goals. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI adoption in particular), and rapidly evolving consumer preferences in streaming and ad-supported models.- Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Management:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Xumo Play's core products, including live channels, on-demand content, user interface, search, recommendations, and personalization features.- Team Management & Development:

- User Experience & UI/UX:

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within the streaming media, AVOD/FAST, or digital media industries.
- Proven success launching and scaling consumer-facing streaming products with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams including product, design, personalization, and customer care.
- Deep knowledge of ad-supported streaming ecosystems, including programmatic advertising, targeting, and monetization strategies (including with SSAI).
- Capability to lead both Front End (user-facing) and Back End (Server/API development) features and functionality.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for compliant data handling.
- Strong analytic skills, with experience analyzing internal metrics such as engagement, retention, ad performance, and revenue.
