Your role:

The Executive Director, Global Platform Success & Change Management, is a visionary leader responsible for driving the global adoption and utilization of Xvantage, the company’s digital platform, and leading the Platform Success Manager and Change Management organizations. This role is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives that enable digital transformation, enhance customer experience, and achieve aggressive self-service and automation goals across all regions. This role reports to the Vice President, Global Platform Business and is a member of the Global Platform Business Leadership Team.

Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Lead the global planning and execution of strategies to drive adoption and utilization of Xvantage.

• Partner with Country Chief Executives (CCEs) and their leadership teams to align platform adoption with transformation and financial goals.

• Translate CEO-level directives into actionable programs and KPIs for regional execution.

• Work closely with peer leaders in Global Platform Enablement, Global Platform Growth and partner teams in Global Product and Engineering to identify enhancements and new capabilities that further accelerate success

Performance Goals & Metrics

• Achieve a high percentage of global orders through self-serve channels to significantly increase operational efficiency and customer autonomy.

• Drive a substantial improvement in quote-to-order conversion rates to support broader business growth and sales effectiveness.

• Attain a high task completion rate through the Intelligent Digital Assistant (IDA), with tens of thousands of proactive customer engagements each month to enhance user experience and automation.

Organizational Leadership

• Lead and scale the Platform Success Manager team to support regional execution and customer success.

• Oversee the Strategic Change Management team, ensuring regional alignment and effective change enablement.

• Manage the Education & Communication Development team responsible for creating global training and communication materials to support in-country adoption efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure platform capabilities align with customer needs and business objectives.

• Serve as a key liaison between global strategy and regional execution teams.

Change Management & Enablement

• Develop and implement change management strategies that drive behavioral change and accelerate adoption.

• Ensure consistent messaging, training, and enablement across all geographies.

What you bring to the role:

• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, platform adoption, or change management roles.

• Proven track record of leading global teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Deep understanding of digital platforms, customer engagement strategies, and self-service technologies.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

• Executive experience in managing large-scale change initiatives across diverse cultural and geographic landscapes.

• Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or platform-based business models.

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Agile methodologies.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $200,900.00 - $361,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
