The Executive Director will build relationships with K12 leaders, represent GCU at events, and support internal stakeholders to enhance GCU's presence in K12 education.

Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key K12 educational leaders in Arizona to facilitate connections between GCU / GCE departments and colleges
- Represent GCU at functions attended by educational leaders
- Partner with organizations to support the K12 community through training, communication, networking, and conferences
- Support internal stakeholders (leadership, colleges, admissions, departments) in efforts to enhance GCU’s presence and talent development in K12 schools and districts
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience/ Education
- Master’s degree required
- Doctorate preferred
- Minimum of 4 years progressive leadership experience, including administration in the K12 public school arena (superintendency preferred)
- Established relationships in the Arizona K12 community
- Must pass background investigation.
