The Opportunity
As an Executive Concierge, you will provide executive level administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and helping keep day-to-day operations organized and moving forward. As an Administrative professional you will deliver efficient and effective support, build positive working relationships, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of tasks after fully understanding what is needed. In this role at PwC, you will support senior leaders, manage scheduling details, prepare meeting materials, and respond to requests with care and discretion within our Internal Firm Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules to support smooth office operations
- Managing confidential information, correspondence, and records with discretion and accuracy
- Arranging domestic and international travel, itineraries, expense submissions, and meeting logistics
- Preparing agendas, meeting materials, reports, and follow-up notes for senior leaders and internal teams
- Tracking deadlines, action items, and priority requests to keep commitments organized and moving forward
- Supporting office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, supply ordering, and invoice processing
- Responding to requests from executives and internal clients with timely, organized assistance
- Using office productivity applications and digital tools to coordinate communication and maintain documentation
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
