About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We free people and agents to ship what’s next.

For more than a decade, Vercel has shaped how the web is built. As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now, software is entering a new era, and the next generation of products will not just be used by people. They will be built, extended, and operated by agents.

We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next.

About the Role:

As our EBC Lead, you will build and run Vercel's Executive Briefing Center program from the ground up, turning executive visits into a signature experience that accelerates pipeline, deepens strategic relationships, and showcases where the web is going.

You will own the full lifecycle of every briefing: qualifying requests, designing agendas tailored to each account's goals, sourcing and preparing executive and technical speakers, orchestrating flawless onsite experiences, and measuring the revenue impact of the program. You will partner daily with Sales leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and our executive team, and you will be trusted to represent Vercel's brand at its most senior touchpoint.

This is a builder role. You will define the playbook, the space, the content library, and the metrics, then scale the program as demand grows.

The role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday out of one of our SF office.

What You Will Do:
  • Design, launch, and operate Vercel's Executive Briefing Center program, including intake, qualification criteria, and scheduling workflows
  • Partner with account teams to define briefing objectives, build customized agendas, and align discussion topics to each customer's business priorities
  • Recruit, brief, and coach executive and technical speakers, ensuring every session lands with clarity and a consistent narrative
  • Own end-to-end onsite execution: room and space experience, catering, branding, demos, technology, and hospitality details
  • Build and maintain a library of briefing content, discussion frameworks, and demo experiences in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Manage program operations including budget, vendor relationships, capacity planning, and briefing calendars
  • Define and report on program metrics such as briefings delivered, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, and attendee satisfaction, and use that data to improve the program each quarter
  • Extend the program over time to strategic formats such as roadshows, virtual briefings, and executive roundtables
About You:
  • 7+ years of experience in executive briefing programs, strategic events, executive engagement, or field marketing, ideally at an enterprise SaaS company or B2B technology company
  • You have run high-stakes programs involving C-level customers and internal executives, and you are calm and precise under pressure
  • Exceptional program management skills: you juggle many briefings at different stages without letting details slip
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate account strategy into a compelling briefing agenda
  • Confident communicator who can brief a CEO, coach a speaker, and negotiate with a vendor in the same afternoon
  • Comfortable with a technical audience and product; you can hold your own in conversations about developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI
  • Data-oriented: you measure what matters and can articulate program ROI to leadership
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for occasional travel
Bonus If You:
  • Have built an EBC or briefing program from zero to scale
  • Have experience with briefing management platforms and CRM reporting (Salesforce)
  • Have worked closely with developer or infrastructure products
  • Have experience designing physical brand spaces or customer experience centers
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $207,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
