The Role:

The Celonis Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is the next-generation hub for executive engagements at Celonis that deliver exclusive & extraordinary experiences around our Celonis platform to a C-suite profile audience. The goal of the Executive Briefing is to create impactful peaks in the journey with our customers, eventually translating to long-term, sustainable value for all stakeholders.

The NYC Executive Briefing Center is in it’s early days, presenting a unique opportunity for someone to play a pivotal role in its development, in close collaboration with the global Executive Briefing Center Team and Workplace Services team. 

The work you’ll do:

  • EBC Demand Generation: Enable and collaborate with Sales teams to build a pipeline of Executive Briefing Center visits in NYC office 
  • EBC Coordination: Coordinate the overall agenda for the Executive Briefing Center, identify and work with the appropriate Celonis stakeholders to drive successful meetings 
  • EBC Content Curation: Collaborate with Account Teams to obtain knowledge on the audience profile, their history with Celonis, and industry-specific trends 
  • Program Management: Report Executive Briefing Center success and share best practices with the global EBC team systematically. 


The qualifications you need:

  • Customer-facing experience in the enterprise software space and/or executive briefing centers highly preferred
  • Proven track record of effectively working with customers and internal executive stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to build strong relationships and deliver outcomes
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can see beyond the day-to-day activities to help reach EBC goals and gather data and metrics to improve outcomes
  • Highly organized, outcomes-oriented, efficient and expedient under ambitious timelines
  • Demonstrated record of operational accomplishment and exceeding KPIs
  • Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and process, and able to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating with internal senior stakeholders and customers
  • Fluent in English

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.

$95,000$150,000 USD
