About Us
Kingdom Homes is a nationwide real estate wholesaling and flipping company operating in over 15 markets across the U.S. We've transacted on over 500 properties through the help of our 30+ teammates located across the world. Our core business is identifying off-market discounted properties and connecting them with local investors. We opened our in person headquarters in North Hollywood in March of 2026.
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, executive assistant to join our team in a dynamic, blended role that sits at the intersection of executive support, talent acquisition, and office operations. As our Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the founders, supporting them and senior leadership while simultaneously supporting key recruiting initiatives and keeping our North Hollywood office running smoothly day to day.
We are a fast-moving team looking for a rare kind of person: someone who is genuinely great at everything they touch, doesn't need to be managed, and actually enjoys the chaos of a business that changes priorities on a dime.
This role exists because we need one exceptional person who can hold down our office, own our talent pipeline, dig into data, build things with AI, and keep the business running administratively - all in the same week. No two days will look alike. Projects will get cut halfway through when something more important comes up. We are not looking for a perfectionist. We are looking for someone scrappy, fast, and smart who gets energy from variety and takes pride in figuring things out on their own.
If you radiate positivity, absorb new information quickly, and instinctively know how to identify and act on whatever matters most right now - keep reading.
What You’ll Do
This is a blended executive assistant role with responsibilities that span four areas and reports directly to the founders of Kingdom Homes. Depending on the week, you may be deep in one or spinning across all of them simultaneously.
Leadership Support
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, acting as a trusted point of contact and information hub
- Track and follow up on action items, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of leadership
- Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and travel coordination for leadership
- Support special projects, organizational planning, and internal communications as directed by leadership
Technology & AI
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to build workflows, automations, and internal tools that make the business faster and smarter
- Become the internal expert on our CRM and core software stack — understand it deeply and build off it
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and proactively implement solutions without being asked
- Use Excel and other data tools at a high level: build dashboards, run analysis, and surface insights that drive real decisions across any part of the business
- Translate data into clear conclusions and recommendations for leadership — not just pretty charts
Recruiting & Talent Pipeline
- Own the company’s outreach strategy to local universities, community colleges, trade programs, and professional organizations to build a strong, ongoing hiring pipeline
- Represent the company in person at career fairs, campus events, and networking functions — you are the face of our brand to future candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruiting administration: job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and workforce development groups throughout the Los Angeles area
- Keep our talent pipeline organized and report on it regularly
Office Management
- Keep the office fully stocked and running — fridge, supplies, Costco runs, and anything else the team needs on a day-to-day basis
- Serve as the main point of contact with building management for facilities issues, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination
- Greet visitors and candidates; make everyone who walks in feel welcome
- Coordinate internal events, team gatherings, and all-hands meetings
- Handle scheduling for leadership, including complex multi-party calendar coordination
Who You Are
Skills and experience matter, but we are hiring primarily for the person. The following traits are non-negotiable:
- Radiantly positive. You bring genuine warmth and enthusiasm to every interaction — with teammates, candidates, vendors, and visitors. This is not a nice-to-have. If positivity is not your natural default, this is not the right role.
- Exceptionally smart. You hear something once and you have it. You do not ask the same question twice. You connect dots quickly and act on them.
- Fully autonomous. You do not wait to be told what to do. You look at what the business needs, decide what matters most, and go do it. You are self-directed by default.
- A natural prioritizer. You have a clear internal compass for what is highest-value at any given moment. You can context-switch without losing your footing, and you default to the thing that moves the business forward most.
- Scrappy and adaptable. You are comfortable with ambiguity and changing direction. When a project gets shelved halfway through, you shrug it off and pivot without drama. Done is better than perfect.
- A true jack of all trades. You take genuine pride in being good at many things. You do not see a task as beneath you or outside your lane. Every day is different and that excites you.
About the Founders:
At Kingdom Homes, you will have the remarkable chance to collaborate directly with the founders, Jordan Wise and Daniel Newman, two visionary leaders with extensive experience in real estate, technology, and business scaling. Both founders will work daily out of our new LA office. New team members will have the opportunity to learn directly from their journeys and gain invaluable insights into achieving success at the highest levels.
Jordan Wise: A highly experienced real estate professional, Jordan has managed the virtual flipping of over 100 homes, generating millions in profits without physically visiting the properties. He has raised significant funds through debt financing for these ventures, establishing a solid track record of achieving strong returns for his private investor network. In addition to his flipping endeavors, Jordan owns a diverse portfolio of apartment buildings and single-family homes. His exceptional ability to develop and lead remote teams of agents, contractors, subcontractors, and property managers has made him adept at executing complex projects effortlessly. With extensive construction expertise and a degree from USC, Jordan brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to the table.
Daniel Newman: As the former Cofounder and CEO of Dandy, a technology startup, Daniel successfully raised over $3.3 million from top-tier Silicon Valley investors, built a high-performing team, propelled the company into the top 10 of the App Store, and achieved a successful exit in 2022 following its acquisition by a real estate technology firm serving over 300,000 residents across the nation. Daniel holds a degree in Real Estate Development from USC, possesses a California real estate broker’s license, and had previously engaged in property wholesaling before partnering with Jordan to establish Kingdom Homes. His expertise in scaling technology-driven enterprises, enhancing operational effectiveness, and fostering innovation brings unique systems and strategies that contribute to the team's outstanding results.
Together, Jordan and Daniel have merged their expertise to build one of the fastest-growing real estate wholesaling companies in the United States. Collaborating with them means gaining knowledge from their extensive experience, leveraging their proven strategies, and evolving alongside a company that is transforming the real estate landscape.
