An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, helping them manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate projects and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support executives in special projects and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in office software including MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
