We are seeking an organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to join our Executive Assistant team! This exciting and dynamic role will allow you to take ownership of various office management tasks while providing top-tier support to two Vice Presidents. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized multitasker, adept at managing office logistics, events, vendor relationships, and executive calendars, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You will report to the Senior Manager and have direct exposure to our Leadership Team, working closely with our EA team on diverse projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Executive Support:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 SVPs, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination and offsite planning
    • Plan, book, and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations and dining reservations
    • Process expense reports, ensuring timely submission and tracking.
    • Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, including coordinating agendas and keeping track of action items
    • Partner with the EA team to ensure Leadership schedules are coordinated and aligned
  • General Duties:
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
    • Assist in planning and coordinating offsite events for the leadership team
    • Provide back-up support to the broader EA team when necessary
    • Hybrid office manager for our future Seattle office
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Creative and efficient calendar management, with experience handling complex scheduling needs.
  • Experience in office management, event coordination, and vendor relations.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Zoom.
  • Ability to handle travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and expense reporting with ease.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset, ready to take on any task, big or small.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working within a technology organization is preferred, but not required
Compensation Range: 
  • $115,000.00 - $120,000.00

You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance.
