We're an SF team of ~35 from Harvard, MIT, Google, Apple etc. We recently raised a Series B from Benchmark, and we are rapidly building the most intelligent search engine in history.
Now, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to help our C-suite team run smoothly!
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant at Exa, you will work with C-suite to manage their loaded calendars and task lists. This will be a highly variable role where new and unexpected tasks fall onto your plate often.
What You’ll Do
Own C-suite calendar management and optimization
Continuously find ways to optimize scheduling, office management, recurring tasks, etc.
Affinity towards technology— better if you can automate parts of your own role
Greet our ever flowing office guests
Coordinate team and office events, make sure people are having fun and taken care of!
Ad hoc tasks as they come— be prepared for anything!
What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager
Very strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to self-organize and work agentically with little direction/overhead
You enjoy context switching between different workstreams and tasks
“People Person” — the strong ability to read people and the room, understand where to insert yourself and when + how to be helpful
Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
