JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Networks has a great opportunity for someone who is excited to have a career as an Executive Assistant to be an Executive Assistant for our Distribution team.  In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to two senior Distribution executives. Responsibilities include managing a high-profile call volume (including backup for other senior executives), booking domestic and international travel arrangements, scheduling meetings with both principal executives across multiple divisions as well as key clients, handling confidential documents, expense report submission and reconciliation, and special projects as requested.

The ideal candidate must be accustomed to supporting high-level executives and be able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, as well as balance changing demands, a dynamic schedule and function well under pressure. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality and the ability to build positive relationships over the phone is required.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to two senior executives, including calendar management, phone coverage (including backup support to other executives), travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Coordinate appointments, conference calls, and meetings, and assist with major department events as needed
  • Handle general office duties such as mail, filing, copying, ordering supplies, preparing routine correspondence, and updating documents and spreadsheets as needed
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, including research, editing and assembly of presentations, and assisting with industry events
     

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of previous experience handling executive travel, calendar, and other support functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, skilled at creating professional relationships over the phone, and able to handle stressful situations and various personalities diplomatically
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under daily time constraints
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage expense reports, check requests, etc., with accuracy and timeliness
  • Professional presence, good judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Four-year college degree

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $32.00-35.58 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
