KBR is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Space Systems Command (SSC), Combat Power Program Executive Office (PEO). Work location is El Segundo, CA. Provides executive level admin support, office management, personnel management, human resources management, and configuration and data management. Conducts research; prepares statistical reports; handles information requests; coordinates: personnel and appraisal records, mail distribution, and office support services; manages executive schedules; plans Government travel from initial booking to reimbursement voucher completion; coordinates staff activities; arranges meetings, events, and conventions; performs other clerical functions as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in an office environment; 4 years of which will involve DoD programs
Master’s degree
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Task Management Tool (TMT), Defense Travel System (DTS), Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to flex in a dynamic and fast paced environment; specifically with management of executive leadership meetings and prioritization of scheduling them
Assists and advises the Government in analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, disseminating, and resolving all tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Develops, documents, modifies, transitions, and maintains standard functional databases to support Government in meeting mission requirements
Assists the Government in managing civilian record keeping and human resource functions
Attends and supports various meetings and reviews; captures action items, records minutes, and disseminates to attendees/invitees in a timely manner
Assists the Government with the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations
Develops and maintains schedules using Microsoft Project
Active Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligible

Basic Compensation:
$120,000 - $160,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
