We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, CTO and other members of the executive team. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and provides an opportunity to engage in strategic initiatives. What Success Will Look Like:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings with internal teams and external partners across various time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics for executives and other team members as needed.
- Assist with managing executive email and communications as needed.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings.
- Plan and support leadership offsites, special events, and team-wide communications.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Assist with cross-functional coordination on strategic projects and internal initiatives.
- Partner with the leadership team to keep priorities aligned and cross-functional initiatives on track.
- Support preparation of board materials, investor updates, and company-wide communications.
- Identify process improvements to optimize how the leadership team operates.
- Help develop systems for executive productivity and team accountability.
Who You Are & What You've Done:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably at a high-growth tech company.
- Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay several steps ahead, anticipate needs, and operate proactively.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Startup experience is a strong plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strategic mindset with curiosity and ambition to take on more over time.
*This position will be based in our Foster City, CA office.
The expected salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $200,000 + equity + benefits. The actual level and compensation are determined by several factors, such as your qualifications, professional background, and relevant experience.
