Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage complex calendars, schedule cross-time-zone meetings, and coordinate events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange comprehensive travel logistics, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries for executive travel.
- Draft, edit, and format professional communications, reports, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs, manage communications, prioritize requests, and ensure seamless day-to-day support.
- Oversee expense reporting, office supply inventory, and regional operations support, ensuring accurate reconciliation and cost tracking.
- Lead or support regional programs and projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide occasional after-hours and travel support as needed.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiar with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Proactive self-starter with strong initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to anticipate and address needs independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and leadership levels; comfortable working 100% onsite with occasional travel.
