About the role
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior-level Executives. Reporting to our SVP of Strategy & Planning, you'll assist these leaders by understanding our business well, thinking critically, and prioritizing tasks. You're great at anticipating the needs of the executives and teams you support, meticulously handling details. Your role is key in keeping everyone connected and informed, helping the leaders balance priorities with team well-being.
- You will manage busy schedules autonomously, and prioritize tasks effectively
- You will provide the executives with necessary information and materials for meetings
- You will handle email and other communications, delegate tasks when needed and flag priority issues promptly
- You will juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and see them through to completion
- You will arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and manage expenses
- You will identify and implement systems to enhance personal and team efficiency
- You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants to support our senior management team and foster a sense of teamwork
About You

- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role directly supporting executives.
- You have demonstrated your ability to foster positive working relationships across all levels of an organization and with a diverse range of external partners.
- You excel at managing a large workload in a globally distributed environment, highlighting your efficiency and organizational abilities.
- Your problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks help you anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
- You approach your work collaboratively, contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere.
- You can demonstrate the flexibility needed to adapt and excel in a growing and maturing company.
- You are discreet and can maintain absolute confidentiality, as you will regularly handle sensitive information.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
