Salary Range: $55,000 - $63,000

WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for Executive Assistants with a range of backgrounds and interests to support senior executives across Higher Ground’s creative teams, including Scripted Television, Nonfiction, Podcast and Film. This is one application for Executive Assistant opportunities, and you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your specific areas of experience and interest.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
Keep Executives & the Team Ahead
Keep one or more executives organized and prepared by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and shifting priorities with accuracy and foresight.
Anticipate what executives need before meetings and decisions, ensuring the right context, materials, and information are ready at the right time.
Create a seamless experience for talent, representatives, production partners, and internal teams interacting with Higher Ground.
Be a trusted resource to the broader team, providing responsive support on presentations, documents, special projects, and other priorities.
Cross-train across Higher Ground’s Podcast, Film, Scripted Television, and Unscripted teams to provide backup executive support during vacations and other coverage needs.
Keep the Slate Moving
Maintain accurate, up-to-date submission logs, tracking grids, production calendars, incoming pitches, and other slate materials so the team has a reliable view of what's happening across projects.
Stay ahead of deadlines, meetings, follow-ups, and deliverables, proactively surfacing gaps and helping ensure important items don't fall through the cracks.
Keep project information and materials organized and accessible, making it easy for the team to find what they need and stay aligned.
Improve how the team works by identifying smarter workflows, tools, and opportunities to use automation and AI.
Help department meetings, events, off-sites, and other team initiatives run smoothly from planning through execution.
Help the Office Run Smoothly
Step in as backup for reception and office needs, helping ensure guests, meetings, and day-to-day office logistics are handled with care.
Provide support with recordings, shoots, and other production needs across teams.
Be a collaborative teammate who is willing to jump in where needed to help the broader team succeed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of relevant administrative, agency, studio, production, entertainment, or related professional experience.
Genuine interest in the creative development and production process.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with timely and reliable follow-through.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and stay flexible in a fast-moving environment.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace; PowerPoint and Canva.
Familiarity with premiere pro/pro tools is a plus.
Comfortable supporting virtual and hybrid meetings and troubleshooting basic conference-room technology.
Curious about new tools and technology, including AI, and how they can improve the way work gets done.
