Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CRO’s calendar, priorities, meeting flow, and time allocation across a globally distributed organization.
  • Triage scheduling requests and prepare the CRO for key meetings by confirming logistics, participants, and materials; recommend what should be delegated, deferred, or declined.
  • Manage domestic and international travel, bookings, logistics, expenses, approvals, and last-minute changes.
  • Plan and coordinate Revenue leadership offsites, including quarterly gatherings, and other executive events; attend select events in person.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for the CRO’s participation in Revenue leadership meetings and other recurring forums in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Revenue Operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the global Partnerships leader and, as the organization grows, other senior Revenue leaders.
  • Coordinate meetings with customers, partners, executives, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across Revenue, Finance, People, Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams while maintaining systems that improve visibility and follow-through.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality and support administrative follow-through for select executive priorities and events.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or comparable role supporting senior or C-level executives in a globally distributed organization.
  • Experience working in a software or technology company; high-growth or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing executive calendars, travel, expenses, complex scheduling, and meeting or event logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems, protect executive focus, and make sound decisions about competing priorities.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn an executive’s working style and business priorities, manage up, and support multiple senior leaders as needs evolve.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, emotional intelligence, and comfort handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related collaboration tools.
  • AI fluency and curiosity, with the ability to use emerging tools thoughtfully to improve productivity, organization, and administrative workflows while protecting confidential information.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
