Executive Assistant
Based in Los Angeles, BD&J is California’s premier personal injury law firm. With over $3 billion recovered for our clients, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and delivering results that make a real difference. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of our senior attorneys.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support not only the professional responsibilities of a busy attorney but also assist with their personal tasks to help balance both professional and personal life demands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage and maintain the attorney’s professional and personal calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling personal appointments and handling errands
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Draft and review professional and personal correspondence, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails, organizing files, and preparing reports
• Coordinate social events, as needed, including travel and personal engagements
• Maintain a balance between work and personal commitments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide support in other areas as needed to ensure efficiency in both personal and professional spheres

Skills & Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role (law firm experience preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-level executives and clients
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
