The Role   
 
We are searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support four senior sales leaders that report to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support, managing schedules, travel, and communications, while also acting as a liaison with other leaders and teams. This role will work very closely with our Sr. Executive Assistant who supports our CRO and will report directly to our Chief of Staff for the Sales organization. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, love to collaborate with super-smart people, and are passionate about being organized - please read on!  
  
Location: Open to remote in the United States and travel when required. Atlanta and Seattle is preferred as we have offices in these locations.

Your Daily Adventures Include

  • Calendar Management: Manage daily calendars and travel - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner    
  • Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and tracking action items.  
  • Operational Support: Communicate directly and on behalf of Sales Leadership both internally and externally (VIP stakeholders including customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications)  
  • Work with the Sr. EA to the CRO to support C-level leaders and tenured teams on business rhythms and events  
  • Project Management: With direction from the Chief of Staff, execute special projects and help to project manage events, effectively partnering with other EAs, cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates  
  • Operational Support: Anticipating the leaders' needs, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Triage: Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EAs  
  • Data Management: Maintaining records and files, including confidential information, and managing CRM data 
  • Expense Management: Processing and reconciling expenses accurately 
  • Conflict resolution: Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through    
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with other EAs, their executive staff and the leaders this role supports

  • Tech Savvy: you utilize the latest tools to make your work as efficient as possible. You have a natural curiosity for the tech industry and want to be part of a highly energetic and passionate team about to make history.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & other relevant software 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience  
  • Experience working with Sales Leaders is required.
