What We Do

At Outsource Access, we help high-performing real estate teams reclaim their time and scale their legacy. We don’t just manage calendars and paperwork, we make sure the "Rainmaker" can stay in the field closing deals while the back-office operations run like a well-oiled machine.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Flawless Transaction Flow: You will take full ownership of the Contract-to-Close process, ensuring every milestone is met with precision so that buyers and sellers enjoy a world-class experience.

  • Commanding the CRM: You will act as the master of Keller Williams Command, optimizing the database and executing the 36-Touch system to ensure no lead or past client is ever forgotten.

  • Operational Architecture: By applying MREA principles, you will scale the business from its current state toward Level 7, serving as the strategic partner who builds the systems for growth.

  • Stopping the Scroll: You will lead the social media and video strategy, creating "out-of-the-box" content that grabs attention and keeps the team's brand sticky in a crowded market.

RequirementsIs This You?
  • KW Ecosystem Expert: You have deep, proven experience with Keller Williams models and the MREA "Red Book" is essentially your professional manual.

  • The Autonomous Engine: You thrive in self-directed roles where you are expected to own the outcome, not just check a box, and you take pride in maintaining an "Inbox Zero" environment.

  • Strategic Storyteller: You understand social media algorithms and have a knack for driving engagement through fun, exciting, and boundary-pushing video content.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in the complete Google Workspace suite and can navigate complex CRM workflows and digital marketing tools with ease.

  • Your Home Office: You have a dedicated, quiet workspace equipped with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional-grade computer setup.

BenefitsWhy You’ll Love Being Part of the OAmazing Team

You’re not just taking a job — you’re stepping into a role where your growth, security, and peace of mind actually matter. Here is the total package we’ve built for you:

Your Wellness & Security

Health & Wellness — Covered: You get comprehensive HMO coverage with a top provider so you can focus on work without worrying about medical bills.

Security for the “What Ifs”: Our Group Life Insurance benefit gives you added protection — because your future (and your family’s) deserves a safety net.

Time to Recharge — Guilt-Free: We support your well-being with paid leave credits that allow you to rest, reset, and show up as your best self — at work and at home.

Support You Can Count On: We take care of all government-mandated benefits, so everything is handled properly and on time.

Your Financial Rewards

Performance Incentives: Bring results — and you’ll see it rewarded. Simple as that.

Premium Pay: When you put in the time, we honor it. You receive Overtime Pay for extra miles and Night Differential for supporting the team during late hours.

13th Month Pay: A well-earned bonus to celebrate the results of your year’s effort.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
