Job Overview

The Executive Assistant I provides high-level administrative and customer service support to the executive team members at AltaMed Health Services. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the senior leaders to support the accomplishment of the organization’s mission and goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
