Key Responsibilities 

  • Maximize executive time to ensure prioritization of key initiatives by managing multiple complex calendars and ensuring creation of and access to applicable pre-reads and agendas.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business to intuitively make real-time adjustments and trade-offs, ensuring the right meetings happen at the right times with the right people

  • Thoughtfully arrange domestic and international travel, minimizing business impact while prioritizing executive efficiency/ease

  • Champion company culture by owning all aspects of team gatherings, both virtual and in-person, delivering exceptional experiences with a high-touch approach and an eye for meaningful details and delights

  • Attend Staff meetings, taking notes and driving action items to completion according to the prescribed timelines

  • Help prepare and drive completion of slide decks, initiatives, and special projects

  • Proactively seek opportunities to add value, enhance efficiency, drive clarity, and elevate business operations

  • Track and file expenses according to company policy

  • Some on-call/after-hours work is required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Ability to support Eastern time zone business hours

  • Extensive experience planning and executing offsites, with the ability to travel as often as needed to facilitate offsites across the org

  • Ability to handle competing priorities in real-time with composure, always leading with kindness regardless of the pace

  • Highly collaborative and organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated experience in meeting management and presentation-building

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong understanding of best practices for distributed/remote work, and a talent for optimizing processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Zoom

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience supporting Sales leadership, Customer Success, or Go To Market Executives

  • Proficiency with Salesforce
