Job Description Summary
Optimization of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Country Head’s agenda, and support of the smooth delivery of regular Sandoz Leadership Teams’ meetings/agenda.Administration and purchasing support to ensure the timely delivery of services for effective and efficient Country processes maintenance. Support special events organization and central projects deployment actions.
Supervise the Head Office services and facilities, while coordinating and maximizing external contributions on site.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Deal with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and take care of general administrative tasks
- Confidentially plan and proactively anticipate Country Head/business needs in setting all necessary meetings/events
- Manage and optimize Country Head business trips and related administration and reporting
- Drive facilities and support services in the occasion of formal guests’ visits from external/global/Region Europe
- Act as project coordinator for administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication, etc.)
- Act as buddy for new joiners in onboarding on the main systems, procedures and processes
