Please note: this is an on-going, contract position.

About the role and why it’s unique:
  • Manage and maintain calendars for multiple executive stakeholders (CFO and CMO primarily), including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring optimal time management.
  • Oversee shared and individual executive inboxes, ensuring emails are promptly addressed and responded to with professionalism.
  • Track key action items and ensure executives remain informed and aligned on priorities and deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams or external partners, including the C-suite and their Executive Assistants and/or teams, to facilitate smooth and timely communication.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate team processes and logistics, including meeting preparation, planning of off-sites, and full travel management (flights, hotels, transportation, reservations).
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with leading communication and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Notion).
  • Highly organized and skilled at prioritization and time management.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to the evolving needs of multiple executives.
  • Discreet, reliable, and trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
