Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Executive Assistant role spans a wide range of topics with one common goal: maximize speed. Starpath’s objectives are ever changing and most often require pulling cats-out-of-hats to meet inspiring schedule goals. In this role, you will support the most critical company objective at all times. Responsibilities
Manage multiple calendars, screen emails, and phone calls
Find creative solutions to solve schedule-critical logistical problems
Track and report the progress of multiple interdependent projects simultaneously
Travel to vendor sites, root cause, and fix schedule related issues
Prepare and review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Proven experience to manage multiple interdependent projects simultaneously
Excellent organization and communication skills
The desire to make humans a multiplanet species
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to travel on same-day notice including international travel
Must be able to travel for a combined 10% of the year
Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Must be able to work at Starpath’s Hawthorne, CA HQ
Must be willing to adjust sleep schedule to match a relevant timezone for 10% of the year
