About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEOs, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic role that combines executive assistance, office management, and project coordination. Ghost has two CEOs and you will partner with department heads on high-priority initiatives and support internal alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex scheduling and calendar, by anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and keeping everything running smoothly
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects from the CEO, moving them forward with little oversight and collaborating with internal teams when needed
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as our office operations guru, making sure supplies are stocked and everything runs like clockwork
- Promote team culture, and plan events for our company
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in G-suite tools, including Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc
- Previous experience in event planning, project planning and operational management skills
- Previous office management experience
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, excelling in fast-paced settings that involve handling multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication, particularly skilled in coordinating between different departments
- Consistently exceed the expectations of the CEO and senior executives, maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders
Our total compensation for this position can range from $85,000 - $120,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
