About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEOs, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic role that combines executive assistance, office management, and project coordination. Ghost has two CEOs and you will partner with department heads on high-priority initiatives and support internal alignment across teams.

You're organized, love juggling projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader, gain exposure to many facets of the business, and play a key role in helping our team scale with intention. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the CEO’s complex scheduling and calendar, by anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and keeping everything running smoothly
  2. Take ownership of ad hoc projects from the CEO, moving them forward with little oversight and collaborating with internal teams when needed
  3. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  4. Serve as our office operations guru, making sure supplies are stocked and everything runs like clockwork 
  5. Promote team culture, and plan events for our company
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in G-suite tools, including Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc
  • Previous experience in event planning, project planning and operational management skills
  • Previous office management experience
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, excelling in fast-paced settings that involve handling multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication, particularly skilled in coordinating between different departments
  • Consistently exceed the expectations of the CEO and senior executives, maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders

Our total compensation for this position can range from $85,000 - $120,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
