In this role you will support the Strategic Assistant to the CEO and the Executive Assistant to the CEO. You will pro-actively and independently support the office organization with the right degree of prioritization and will be comfortable supporting associates at all levels including executives. You will be able to handle office administration in a truly international and dynamic environment.

Major accountabilities:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General administrative support: Deals with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and takes care of general administrative tasks, such as travel bookings, T&E.

  • Manages agenda of the Strategic Assistant to the CEO

  • Content slides management support for Sandoz Leadership Team and Board meetings where necessary

  • Manages tight deadlines and competing schedules

  • Uses technology platforms to upload presentations, seek approvals, make edits to content

  • Manages mail as well as emails and takes action on behalf of manager when appropriate and requested

  • Arranges, coordinates and follow-ups on high-level global meetings, teleconferences, videoconferences etc. as well as external meetings with customers

  • Participates in projects such as congress organization and special events, trainings, international customer visits etc

  • Organizes a complex travel itinerary including visa applications and travel reimbursements

  • Leads administrative projects/initiatives

What you’ll bring to the role:

Minimum Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry terminology, regulatory timelines etc

  • Maintains highest standards of confidentiality for all information handled within the CEO office

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • High level of professionalism and discretion

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
