Description

About K2view

K2view is a global leader in real-time data management solutions for large enterprises. Our mission is to ensure that every stakeholder, whether internal teams or external customers—has access to trusted, secure, and actionable data. We support Fortune 500 companies in digital transformation initiatives across industries.

Position Overview

K2view is seeking a strategic, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO and 4 VPs. Based in the Bay Area, this role is instrumental in enabling smooth day-to-day operations and executive effectiveness—especially across time zones with key teams located in Israel and Dallas.

We’re looking for someone who’s not only an exceptional calendar manager and task organizer, but also a strong communicator who can help build high-quality content, shape internal and external presentations, and drive clear, consistent communication across the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Support

  • Manage complex, dynamic calendar for the CEO and support 4 VPs, coordinating meetings across U.S., Israel, and other time zones.
  • Prioritize time and schedule with strategic insight and efficiency.
  • Organize internal leadership meetings, company meetings, US regional activities, board prep sessions, and external engagements.

Communication & Content Development

  • Draft executive communications, internal memos, and briefing materials on behalf of the CEO.
  • Transform raw content, notes, or outlines into polished, professional presentations for internal reviews, board meetings, customer-facing decks, and investor updates.
  • Help shape the messaging and narrative for both internal and external communications. Assist executives to shape messaging and ensure visual consistency and clarity across all content.
  • Support internal communications by distilling complex topics into concise, well-structured materials.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Own travel planning, logistics, expense reports, and meeting preparation.
  • Ensure all executive team members have what they need to operate at peak productivity.
  • Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Act as a liaison across distributed teams—facilitating communication, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring alignment between Bay Area leadership and teams in Israel and Dallas.
  • Help streamline internal workflows and communications across departments.

Project & Event Support

  • Assist with planning leadership off-sites, customer visits, and company events.
  • Provide research and project coordination support for high-impact strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a high-growth tech, SaaS, or data company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to write, edit, and create clear and compelling content.
  • Strong design sensibility and proficiency in creating executive-level presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and resourceful—with a knack for solving problems before they arise.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Notion.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Personal Attributes

We’re looking for someone who brings not just the right skills, but the right mindset. Ideal candidates will be:

  • Proactive: Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and stays a step ahead.
  • Discreet: Handles sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable adjusting to shifting priorities and fast-changing demands.
  • Reliable: Follows through on commitments and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Professional: Represents the executive team with polish, maturity, and discretion.

Why K2view?

  • Work alongside a visionary CEO and a highly experienced leadership team.
  • Play a key role in how the company communicates and operates at the highest level.
  • Thrive in a flexible, global, high-impact environment where you can make a real difference.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunity for professional growth.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
