Responsibilities
Based in downtown Los Angeles, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer.
Key responsibilities include:
Core Administrative Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including catering, technology setup, guest access, and materials preparation
- Arrange travel and prepare itineraries as needed
- Prepare and submit expense reports and process invoices
- Support department onboarding by coordinating schedules and preparing materials for new hires
- Organize and support department meetings, offsites, special events, and inter‑departmental meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, ordering supplies, and managing parking validations
Executive Judgment and Business Support
- Understand leadership priorities and business context with minimal instruction
- Exercise sound judgment regarding what requires immediate attention versus what can be deferred
- Anticipate issues before they escalate and proactively flag risks or concerns
- Participate intentionally in select meetings and working sessions to build deeper understanding of the business, technology landscape, and strategic direction, enabling stronger judgment and decision-making‑making
- Proactively review forward-looking schedules, priorities, and initiatives to identify potential conflicts or challenges‑looking schedules, priorities, and initiatives to identify potential conflicts or challenges
Strategic Time and Priority Management
- Actively manage and prioritize complex calendars based on business impact
- Continuously evaluate which meetings, projects, and stakeholders require priority, recognizing that priorities may shift daily or weekly
- Protect focus time and thoughtfully sequence meetings to optimize effectiveness
- Push back diplomatically on low‑value or misaligned requests when appropriate
Communication and Executive Presence
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally on behalf of leadership
- Interact comfortably and confidently with senior leaders, investors, vendors, and regulators
- Demonstrate informed executive presence by understanding the rationale, tradeoffs, and technical constraints behind decisions discussed in meetings
- Exercise strong discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Provide frequent, proactive updates to leadership (including the CTO and relevant senior stakeholders) throughout the day to ensure alignment and visibility
Operational Rigor and Follow Through‑Through
- Track decisions, action items, and commitments arising from meetings and discussions
- Translate insights from meetings into actionable follow-ups, risk awareness, and operational improvements‑ups, risk awareness, and operational improvements

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate effectively across the leadership team and broader organization

Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, sound judgment, and discretion in complex environments
- Proven experience managing highly dynamic calendars and priorities for senior leaders
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to represent leadership effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting technology, investment, or financial services executives strongly preferred

Base Salary Range
$75,000 - $115,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
