Netflix is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Sports Business Affairs and senior leaders in the Sports and Non-Fiction Business Affairs group. This role sits within a small, high-impact team that values collaboration, candor, and a healthy sense of humor. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are comfortable working with contracts and legal documents, confident with technology and new tools, and able to manage shifting priorities with sound judgment and discretion. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact regularly with internal partners and external stakeholders. In this role, you will juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and clear communication. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Serve as the executive administrative lead for the team, overseeing all administrative functions and acting as the primary point of contact for operational processes such as vendor and contract management, renewals, and documentation.

  • Manage high‑volume, complex calendars and communications across multiple time zones for senior executives, and provide comprehensive support for seamless internal and external meetings by owning logistics, agenda preparation, executive support, catering arrangements as needed, tracking action items, and creating and maintaining presentations (e.g., Google Slides/PowerPoint), templates, org charts, and project trackers.

  • Arrange and process domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports.

  • Plan and execute team events (offsites, social events), including agendas, logistics, vendors coordination, and budget tracking.

  • Manage space planning, office moves, and onboarding of new hires, including developing and maintaining onboarding processes and documentation.

  • Opportunity, depending on experience, to learn, take on or grow into contract management, including light contract drafting (e.g., first drafts) and basic review under the supervision of Business Affairs Executives, subject to interest, fit, and team needs.

  • Assist Business Affairs Executives with reviewing, formatting, proofreading, tracking, and coordinating agreements and related documents (e.g., contracts, SOWs, amendments, option letters) from initial drafts through execution and distribution.

  • Act as a liaison on agreements and rights-related questions; partner with internal teams on rights clearances and contract administration.

  • Input, track, and maintain deal and rights information in internal systems, reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure accurate data entry and compile clear deal/issue summaries to help guide contractual rights and obligations for Business Affairs Executives and leadership. 

  • Maintain and improve contract, workflow, and information systems (including internal portals), recommending and implementing process efficiencies.

  • Support all areas of the team as needed, including special projects and new subject areas.

Required Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS Degree preferred and a JD or MBA is a plus

  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant (experience in Sports or at a  media/ entertainment company is a plus)

  • Experience with Sports deals and live sports production is a plus

  • A team player who operates well in a fast-paced team-oriented setting;

  • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information

  • Understanding how to prioritize and quickly respond to change

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask

  • Takes initiative, and approaches the work with curiosity and productivity, and

  • Proficiency in using technology systems including Google Suite and new cutting edge tools


Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $125,000.00 - $220,000.00.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
