About this role

Our Exec Support team keeps things running smoothly, anticipating needs, and proactively clearing the path for our leaders and teams to do their best work. We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Business Partner to support the cross-functional leaders of our Brand pillar. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting multiple leaders, has seen and experienced scale firsthand, and is passionate about making an impact in this role.

What you’ll do 

  • Skillfully manage five leader’s calendars across time zones with diplomacy, discretion, and excellent judgment 
  • Be a strategic thought partner to the Brand Leads across Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Strategy
  • Run the Brand team operating rhythm to ensure efficient and effective processes for planning and reviewing work across the team
  • Lead planning and execution for team onsites and events
  • Build strong relationships and act as a liaison in exchanging information with leadership, employees, and external partners  
  • Attend Brand Leads meetings to take notes, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-ups 
  • Ensure leaders are prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EBP
  • Superior knowledge of and experience with G-Suite and Slack
  • Ability to effectively utilize AI tools to generate efficiencies
  • Incredible organizational skills; must be detail-oriented
  • Timely and consistent responsiveness; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to prioritize and multitask; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • You are a team player and able to collaborate with senior leaders
  • You have a sense of humor, even when meeting tough deadlines
  • You are a creative problem-solver, who takes a true sense of ownership and are passionate about results
  • Availability to perform job duties outside of normal office hours when necessary

Salary Range

San Francisco, CA: This position offers an hourly pay range of $55.75–$76.70

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
