Summary of Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the leadership of the Nexon Filmed Entertainment - Corporate Strategy, Film & TV division with day-to-day tasks, schedule management, and project tracking for the department.

We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling online/offline meetings for the President of NFE and the team, including checking respective calendars, booking meeting rooms, re-scheduling as needed.
  • Process all invoices related to department activities; expense management and tracking department budget
  • Make travel arrangements, both domestic and international, while staying within the guidelines of the travel policies
  • Filing, updating, and maintaining NFE’s agreements
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Experience

  • Minimum of four years of administrative experience, with a minimum of two years at the Executive level (VP, or above)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving within deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, internal clients, and external partners
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to tailor communications to the audience.
  • Sound judgment and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with demonstrated ability to set priorities, work under pressure to meet time deadlines, and work independently without constant supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel required)
  • Adaptability to working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually)

The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $30 - $35 hourly.

Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
